One particular staff member named Stefano went above and beyond, providing me with invaluable information about the best places to visit in Venice. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, attentive staff, and convenient location near the train station and Grand Canal.
